This year is Special!

Human Resources is one of the least appreciated departments in most companies. In today's climate, there's competition within an organization as much as there is outside. What do you do when a team cannot get along? What if they are not productive? Many companies might think about letting go of excellent workers who have simply not been able to CONNECT.

What I do is UNIQUE. In one morning or afternoon, I utilize my training in both managment and research software that analyzes group behavior using cyclic patterns in psychology. Greater than any personality test, this program sorts out each team member's skills and matches up their PERSONAL, INDIVIDUAL NEEDS with other compatible teammates.

To accomplish this, very brief information is required 7-10 days prior to the appointment. Groups are limited to 50 people per visit. Direct conversations with each team member are recorded for their use and the amount of time designated for each is at the discretion of the client. An in-depth, written report will be delivered and explained in detail to the professional placing the order -ethics asks that the information in the report excludes team member issues not related directly to their job responsibilities.

A 25% deposit is required one month in advance and is non-refundable (this allows me to secure airfare and make any changes as needs arise). Travel expenses, lodging and transportation costs are added to the consultation fee of $1500 per day. All transactions can be paid for by MasterCard, VISA, Discover or by company check. 7 days advanced notice is required to move an appointment and all deposits are non-refundable.
